Assoc. Prof. Otitodiri O. Onyema
LL.B, LL.M, Ph.D.
Assoc. Prof. Onyema Otitodiri Ogadinma is the principal solicitor and managing director, Advanced Chambers. He is a lecturer at Faculty of Law, Imo State University and a Research Fellow with Open Africa Research Network (Open AIR) at Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He specializes in International Economic Law, International Investment Law, Corporate Law, Property Law, and regulatory governance. He has successfully handled landmark cases in Nigeria.
Onyema Otitodiri has published numerous articles in reputable local and international journals, including books and book chapters. He has also attended many local and international conferences.
In the field of academic research, Onyema Otitodiri’s research focuses on the impact of regulation for innovation on foreign investment in developing countries. The research critically examines how government regulations, grounded in the police powers principle, either facilitate or constrain innovation and foreign investment.His research also addresses the long-term implications of these regulatory strategies for Africa’s innovation landscape and global economic positioning.
He collaborates with fellow global scholars and practitioners to investigate how knowledge governance regimes can foster fair, innovation-friendly regulatory environments in Africa and beyond.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Queen Elizabeth Scholars, and Nigerian Association of Law Teachers (NALT).
Dr. Amarachi Linda Oti-Onyema

Dr Amarachi Linda Oti-Onyema is a Legal Practitioner and a Law Teacher. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 after she graduated from the prestigious Imo State University in 2006, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws. In 2015, she obtained her Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Law, Abia State University and in 2024, she bagged her Ph.D in Law from the same school.
Dr Amarachi Linda Oti-Onyema began her career journey as a distinguished Private Legal Practitioner in 2008 and due to her academic prowess and career proficiency, she was appointed to head the Law Firms where she worked, such as Igidigi Chambers and Ehirim Chambers. In 2015, she became a Managing Partner in Advanced Chambers until 2019 when she was appointed a Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Her areas of interest are International Human Rights Law, Criminal Law and Child’s Right and Justice Law.
Dr Amarachi Linda Oti-Onyema is a member of many professional bodies including the Christian Lawyers’ Fellowship of Nigeria, Nigerian Law Teachers, African Women Lawyers Association, Nigerian Bar Association, among others. She has many publications to her credit and teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Some of the courses she is teaching include: the Nigerian Legal System, Women and Minority, Company Law and Business Law. She has also supervised some long Essays and edited a good number of journals.

Dr. Ilem Jahnomso
Jahnomso Ilem is a dedicated professional with a strong background in law and education. With a Ph.D. in Law from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, He has over a decade of experience in litigation and research. As Director of Litigation at Advanced Chambers Law Firm, Ilem demonstrated exceptional leadership and research skills.
He has published several papers, including “Counter-Insurgency and Human Rights in Nigeria” and “The Impact of Traditional and Religious Practices on Women’s Rights in Nigeria.”
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He has received the several Awards of Excellence for his commitment to community development and awareness. With strong communication and research skills, He is committed to promoting justice and human rights.
Dr Jahnomso expertise spans law, education, and community service. More specifically he his a guru in Human Rights advocacy
Administrative Law, Property Law, constitutional law, Family Law and criminal law.
He is also a skilled presenter and has hosted several platforms on legal issues. Dr Jahnomso’s work is guided by passion for learning, human development and community service.
Ngozi Mercy Opara (ESQ.)
Ngozi Opara is the Assistant Director of Litigation in Advanced Chambers.
She has a strong academic foundation, and also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the prestigious Faculty of Law, Imo State University, Nigeria (2009), and a Barrister-at-Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School (2010). She further solidified her knowledge with a Master of Laws (LL.M) from University of Ibadan in 2016.
She has more than a decade experience in various areas of law, including Intellectual Property, Property and estate law, Corporate law, Family law, Human Rights law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Adoption and Child Custody.
She is a member of the the Nigerian Bar Association. With years of experience, she has provided legal advice to clients on various matters, delivering effective solutions that meet their needs. She has also been involved in a couple of community development services.
Ngozi Mercy Opara Esq. is a good team player. She believes learning is an unending process and has a skill in organizing. She enjoys singing, journaling, and presenting as a hobby.
Chima Hyde Nwobi (ESQ.)
Chima Hyde Nwobi, is a legal practitioner and Head of Estate and Property Management in Advanced Chambers.
He is a graduate of Imo State University, holding LLB, BL. Chima Hyde Nwobi is a member of many professional bodies including the Christian Lawyers’ Fellowship of Nigeria, Nigerian Bar Association, among others. His Masters Degree in Law (LLM) is inview.
He is a litigation lawyer, who specializes in property law, corporate law, Human Rights law, Constitution law and family law. He has handle many Pro Bono cases in the Chambers.

He is the Assistant Director Property & Estate in Advanced Chambers. He is an accountant and a fellow member of Fellow Certified Financial Accountants FCFA (2009). He has participated in many audit panels and company financial audit reports.
He is a graduate of Imo state university, holding LLB, BL. Uche Remmy is a member of Chartered Institute of Mediation and Conciliation (ChMC). His Masters Degree in Law (LLM) is inview.
He specializes in property law, Election petition, Human rights, Customary law and Alternative Dispute Resolution ( ADR).
