Chief Edmund Ogedi Onyema is the Principal Solicitor/ Head of Chambers of the Law Firm of EDDY ONYEMA & CO, (Oke -Ezekwem Chambers). With over 35 years of active legal practice, Chief E.O Onyema is a versatile litigation Lawyer who has been engaged in diverse areas of legal practice including Land/ Property Law, Election Petition litigations, general civil litigation and criminal Law practice with his practice spanning across all tiers of Court from the inferior courts/ Tribunals to the High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. KELECHI ONYEGBULE, PhD.
Kelechi Onyegbule is a consummate legal practitioner with exceptional practice in medical law. He holds a Master of Laws Degree in Oil and Gas Law and a Doctorate Degree in Medical Law.
Dr. Onyegbule is an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Medical and Health Law, Nigeria, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, a Member of the American Management Association, New York, Member of the World Association of Medical Law, and a Member of the Medical Law Committee of the African Bar Association. He has delivered papers in national and international conferences and has earned several awards for his landmark achievements in the industry.
He is a renowned academic and currently serves as the Head of Department, Public and Private Law, Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu Alike, Ebonyi State.He is also the Managing Director of Leeds Medicolegal Consult Ltd. Dr Onyegbule consults for a number of health facilities and Healthcare institutions in Nigeria as a Medicolegal Expert and currently a consultant for legislative matters for Imo State House of Assembly.
He is a devoted Christian, married and blessed with two children.
